Security Manager at LifeBridge Health

We are seeking a seasoned Security Supervisor to join our team at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
- This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment and night shift schedule from 10:00pm to 6:30am.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in security management and supervisory roles, with a strong background in leadership and guidance. A valid driver's license and ability to be cleared by Fleet Safety are required. Maryland Security Officer Certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire is preferred.
About the Role- As a Security Supervisor, you will provide first-line supervisory capabilities to meet organizational goals and departmental objectives.
You will be responsible for submitting accurate written reports and documents findings of investigations, greeting and assisting patients, visitors, and employees, and providing effective leadership and guidance for Security Department personnel.
Key Requirements:
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience; 5+ years of experience preferred.
- Valid Driver's License with ability to be cleared by Fleet Safety (driving record review required).
- Maryland Security Officer Certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
