Position Overview:


The Bartender is responsible for the preparation, mixing, and serving of beverages while ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. This role is essential in maintaining the bar area and adhering to company standards for quality and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:


- Prepare and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers in accordance with established guidelines and safety protocols.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience.
- Process guest checks, handle cash transactions, and manage room charges following company policies.
- Complete necessary inventory requisitions and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Adhere to state liquor laws and company standards regarding beverage service.
- Perform sidework duties as assigned to maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.


Qualifications:
Education:
- Completion of bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months of bartending experience.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
Physical Demands:


The physical requirements for this position include the ability to lift, push, and carry various items, as well as continuous standing and mobility in a busy environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.


Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively addressing customer service challenges.


Work Environment:
- The role involves physical activity, including prolonged standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.

Compensation:
USD $7.2 - USD $7.25 /Hr.
