About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our winning team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for interpreting schematics and blueprints, performing gas bottle changes and configuring welder setups, and welding specialized components with precision.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret and comprehend schematics and basic blueprints
- Perform gas bottle changes and configure welder setups as needed
- Weld specialized components with precision
- Uphold cleanliness standards in the welding area
- Demonstrate a robust work ethic and capability to work autonomously
- Mandatory completion of a welding proficiency test

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in TIG welding
- Proven track record in the racing industry, preferably with expertise in frame building or exhaust fabrication

Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, day shift, Monday to Friday
- Overtime available for peak periods
