Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Computer System Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in applying technical expertise to manage and improve our systems effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including:

  • Exhibiting proficiency in server management
  • Collecting and analyzing information from users to identify systemic issues
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical problems while conducting feasibility assessments
  • Offering strategic recommendations and designing new project frameworks
  • Interpreting data and facilitating communication among system users
  • Executing system installations and preparing equipment for operational use
  • Maintaining communication systems
  • Identifying and reporting deficiencies in product quality and materials
  • Compiling and submitting all necessary reports and documentation
  • Ensuring adherence to TDX Quality's Quality Control and Safety Programs
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Possession of IAT Level II certification (Security + and an operating system certification)
  • An Associate's Degree in a technical discipline is mandatory
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is highly preferred
Additional Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen; Top Secret Clearance is preferred or the ability to obtain it
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • Work hours will be aligned with operational schedules; flexibility in shifts may be necessary
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
