Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the preparation and delivery of O&M deliverables in accordance with project schedules and budgets.
  • Develop and implement Asset Management strategies for track engineering maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate with design and build teams to ensure smooth handovers and effective execution of project requirements.
  • Participate in projects, bidding, and delivery phases, ensuring timely completion within project schedules.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of railway system engineering experience, with knowledge of integrated systems, architectural design, and interfaces between them.
  • Trackwork and permanent way experience, with a strong understanding of railway traffic management, train driving, and access to track and working trackside.
  • International experience and ability to manage international projects, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in commissioning of railway systems, with a strong understanding of maintenance task and its economic impact on total cost of ownership.
  • Knowledge of modern Lean and Agile Organization, with experience in technology management and turnkey project management.
Education and Qualifications:

Educational background in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering, with relevant qualifications and certifications.
