The Salvation Army's Adult Rehabilitation Centers are seeking a Payroll Clerk to support the Finance office by performing various payroll and human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile operating and store accounts
- Maintain personnel files and I9 files
- Enter new hires, rate changes, and other information into the Paychex system
- Receive and compute time cards for employees
- Audit eligibility and payment of paid absences
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years related experience
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft office suite
The position requires a high degree of confidentiality and will support the work therapy program component of The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers by providing an example of professional conduct, work habits, and supervision.
