Job Summary

As an Inpatient Occupational Therapist at PT Solutions, you will work one-on-one with hospitalized patients to help them regain independence and normalcy through self-care management and Activities of Daily Living. You will be responsible for educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to assist with daily routines, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible care for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to reach their full potential
  • Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs
  • Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members
  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an AOTA-approved occupational therapy program
  • State licensure
  • Registered with NBCOT
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
