About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Excellence Manager to join our team at Affinity Executive Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the design and maintenance of quality and engineering systems to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and drive quality excellence throughout the organization.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to quality teams to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to achieve quality excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a cGMP environment.
  • Experience with manufacturing of aseptic products and thermal processing.
  • Knowledge of system design and experience working with implementing robust sustainable programs.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Belt or Black Belt preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
