Our team of experienced professionals is committed to delivering innovative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy solutions that cater to the unique needs of each individual.

Salary and Benefits
We offer highly competitive pay, starting at $77k, and provide opportunities for professional growth and development. Additionally, we offer monthly performance bonuses, up to 50 CEUs annually, and an annual stipend for professional development.

Job Description
The Clinical BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior plans, supervising implementation, and monitoring progress. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train others in basic principles of ABA.

Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have a Master's Degree in ABA or a related field, Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA), and experience with behavior guideline development and programming for children with autism. You should also possess strong organizational and time management skills, good judgment, and creative thinking abilities.

Benefits
We offer a range of benefits, including 15 days of paid time off for first-year employees, increasing by one day per year thereafter, and 9 paid holidays. We also provide three options for medical coverage and two options for dental coverage, both with 50% paid by LittleStar. Furthermore, we offer a 401k plan with up to 4% company match.
