Job Title: Full Time Home Care Registered Nurse RN Pediatrics

At NeoGenCare, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Full Time Home Care Registered Nurse RN Pediatrics. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for pediatric care to join our team. As a Full Time Home Care Registered Nurse RN Pediatrics, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, following start of care plans, and working collaboratively with our clinical team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the patient's home under the supervision of a physician.
  • Follow start of care plans, provide treatment, discharges, wound care, medication administration, and work collaboratively with a clinical team to achieve positive patient care outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy lifestyles and disease management.
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Diploma, Associate, or Undergraduate degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Home Health Agency experience with relevant experience treating pediatric patients.
  • Ability to care for adults and geriatric patients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong observation, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
