Job Overview

Soliant seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for students
  • Provide direct therapy to students individually and in groups, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student development and enhance academic performance
  • Track and document student progress regularly, providing data-driven insights for future interventions
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New Jersey
  • Preferred experience in school or pediatric therapy, with a focus on developing innovative strategies for students with varying needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and educators
  • Ability to manage a caseload and work independently, while maintaining open communication with colleagues and supervisors
