Clinical Sciences Faculty - Subspecialty Medicine
(Full-Time)
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing the Montana College of Osteopathic Medicine, a branch of Rocky Vista University.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $185,000+ annually, contingent upon rank and experience. The final salary will be determined based on various factors, including skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials, with Faculty Rank being assessed by the RVU Rank and Promotion committee.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver education, mentorship, and support to students at the Montana campus across various settings, including classrooms, clinics, laboratories, and simulation centers.
- Maintain professional development and teaching expertise through ongoing education.
- Engage in curriculum development, implementation, assessment, and enhancement.
- Contribute to the University and community by serving on committees, providing leadership, participating in outreach events, and collaborating with professional organizations.
- Hold regular office hours for student advising, tutoring, and consultations.
- Participate in scholarly activities, including research, publications, conference presentations, and mentoring students in their research endeavors.
- Involve in student assessment, feedback, and remediation to uphold high academic standards.
- Engage in faculty development initiatives, including providing instructional feedback and participating in training.
- Foster a culture that respects, values, and promotes diversity within an equitable and inclusive atmosphere.
- Provide professional and clinical services in appropriate clinical settings based on qualifications.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
