Optum Tri-State NY Ophthalmologist Job Opportunity

Optum, a clinician-led care organization, is seeking an experienced Ophthalmologist to join our team in Syosset, NY. As a member of our Optum Care Delivery team, you will be part of a collaborative environment that is guided by diversity and inclusion, driving towards the Quadruple Aim.

As an Ophthalmologist with Optum, you will have the clinical resources, data, and support of a global organization behind you. You will work alongside talented peers to provide comprehensive ophthalmology care, including cornea, glaucoma, neuro-ophthalmology, ophthalmic plastic, and reconstructive surgery, as well as retinal diseases and surgery.

Key Highlights:
  • Independent practice with strong affiliation with a local tertiary care hospital
  • Practice features multiple ophthalmologists and is fully supported with a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, APCs, and optometrists
  • State-of-the-art equipment, including Femto-second laser-assisted cataract surgery and access to an off-campus laser suite for LASIK procedures
  • Provider will have access to multiple surgical suites and privileges to several ambulatory surgical centers and community hospitals
  • Robust in-house diagnostic testing facility
