Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers receive quick, efficient service and high-quality products.
  2. Quality, Service, and Cleanliness: Maintain a positive and cooperative atmosphere among employees and customers, and ensure that the restaurant meets the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  3. Team Management: Assist in the hiring, training, and review of employee performance, and provide guidance and support to shift leaders and team members.
  4. Accounting and Reporting: Perform accounting responsibilities and prepare reports for submission to the home office.
  5. ACT Program Administration: Administer the ACT program and ensure that it is implemented effectively.
  6. Order Preparation: Quickly prepare customers' orders according to specifications and with the highest possible quality.
  7. Workload Prioritization: Prioritize workloads to ensure that customers are served first, followed by maintaining the dining room and work area.
  8. Equipment Operation: Operate all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  9. Customer Interaction: Acknowledge and speak to customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  10. Facilities Maintenance: Report any needed equipment and/or facilities repair to the Maintenance Department.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and employees.
  3. Operational Knowledge: Basic understanding of fast food operations, production procedures, and deployment procedures.
  4. Cash Control and Quality Guidelines: Ability to master cash control and understand and ensure adherence to Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Hospitality guidelines.
  5. Sales Forecasting and Scheduling: Basic understanding of sales forecasting and scheduling, cost control, inventory, profit and loss statements, and personnel administration.
  6. Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to detail, cope with pressure, and remain calm when challenging situations arise.
  7. Teamwork: Ability to work as a team member and perform job duties with a minimum of disruption to customers or fellow employees.
  8. Physical Demands: Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90% of shift time.
  9. Manual Dexterity: Good manual dexterity to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods.
