About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Security Representative to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our Program Security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our programs and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform duties as an Industrial Program Security Representative for large programs in both Collateral and Special Access Program (SAP) capacities.
  • Provide security support in SAP environments, including program briefings, presentations, and classified meeting support.
  • Manage personnel, physical, technical, and policy guidance research, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in the DoD 5205 Series, 32 CFR Part 117, and others as applicable.
  • Collaborate with government partners, security counterparts, program managers, and offices within the Department of Defense industry partners to ensure successful execution of program activity.
  • Develop and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access and ensure compliance with DoD SAP Manuals and NISPOM.
Requirements
  • Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
  • Experience providing security support in SAP environments.
  • Working knowledge of DoD SAP Manuals and NISPOM.
  • Prior program security experience working in a classified environment.
Desired Skills
  • Ability to work closely with government partners, security counterparts, program managers, and offices within the Department of Defense industry partners.
  • Customer and team-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in DISS and JADE.
  • ICD-705 Certified.
