Best Logistics Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Weekend CDL Driving Instructor to join our team at Best Driving Academy in Kernersville, NC. As a CDL Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to students in both a classroom and range environment, ensuring they receive a comprehensive education to prepare them for a successful career as a CDL Driver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction to students in both a classroom and range environment, focusing on safe driving practices and real-world scenarios.
- Maintain a safe and organized learning environment, ensuring the well-being of students and instructors.
- Deliver instruction in a classroom setting, covering topics such as CDL regulations, safety procedures, and vehicle maintenance.
- Conduct behind-the-wheel training and range instruction for Class A Tractor Trailer, providing students with hands-on experience and feedback.
- Observe, document, and provide constructive feedback to students to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Set up the classroom and range daily, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning environment.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid Class A CDL License.
- Have at least 2 years of experience driving within the last 5 years.
- Be able to become a licensed instructor by the State of North Carolina.
- Be bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
