Position Details:
Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $40 to $55

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; preference for candidates with a Master's or Doctorate degree.
  • Proficient in utilizing software for data entry, including Casamba and Point Click Care.

Licensure Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state.
  • Compliance with continuing education requirements as mandated by state regulations.
  • Maintain an active and unrestricted license in good standing.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program recognized by NBCOT.
  • Experience in a post-acute or long-term care setting is preferred.
  • Current, unencumbered Colorado Physical Therapy License is required.
  • CPR certification as needed.
  • Possession of a valid Colorado driver's license.
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
  • COVID vaccination or valid exemption is required.
