Sales and Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Relationship Manager (HVAC) to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts within assigned markets.
About the Role:
- This position requires a strong background in HVAC design or manufacturing, as well as excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- You will work closely with our Sales Engineering Manager to drive towards opportunity and booking goals in assigned markets.
- Responsibilities include educating and working with key accounts, developing relationships on behalf of the company, and properly recording pertinent information regarding accounts and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (minimum)
- 5 years' prior experience in HVAC design or HVAC manufacturing industry
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge of HVAC terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work on a team
- Focused, ambitious, and goal-oriented
Salary: $90,000 per year
