About the Job

We are seeking an experienced diesel mechanic/technician to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a diesel mechanic/technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and other components
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
  • Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and repair problems
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and techniques in diesel engine repair
Requirements
  • 6 years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance
  • ASE certification in diesel engine repair
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
