We are in search of a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Finance team, providing essential support to our Chief Financial Officer and several Vice Presidents within the department.

In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization while fostering team spirit and morale.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the Finance leadership team to manage daily operations and schedules effectively. Additionally, you will take the lead in organizing Finance team events.


Key Responsibilities
• Proactively manage calendars for the CFO and VPs.
• Coordinate external events alongside the Finance executive and leadership team (e.g., conferences, speaking engagements, team-building activities).
• Oversee special projects linked to the Finance executive and leadership team.
• Handle travel arrangements and expedite expense reporting.
• Work collaboratively with other administrative support team members.
• Contribute positively to the growth of an innovative company.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic record.
• 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives in the technology sector.
• Experience within a Finance organization is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple calendars simultaneously, with a preference for experience in executive-level coordination and event planning.
• Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with creative problem-solving and outstanding communication skills.
• A proactive approach to handling regular tasks independently and anticipating potential challenges.
• A history of success in previous roles.
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort in navigating a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Proficiency in Google G-Suite.

Compensation Transparency
At Verkada, we aim to attract and retain top talent by compensating employees fairly based on their contributions.

We consider various factors to determine starting pay, including work location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.

This estimate may vary based on these factors, and the actual starting salary may be above or below this range. It is one component of Verkada's total rewards package, which may also include additional compensation forms based on the role, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).


Estimated Annual Pay Range:
$120,000-$160,000 USD
