Job Title: Host/Cashier

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Control the flow of business in the dining room, ensuring guests feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Check out guests at the register, providing a seamless payment experience.
  • Anticipate and identify system breakdowns, taking corrective action to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Assist servers and bus persons in executing service standards, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction on every visit.
Requirements:
  • Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service can be taught through in-house training.
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, with frequent reaching, bending, and lifting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure/stress during busy times.
