Key Responsibilities

  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop genuine connections with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized services to meet their expectations.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously update your skills and knowledge of the latest hairstyling techniques and trends to provide the best possible service to our clients.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Environment: Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming space for clients.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to create a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Valid Cosmetology License: Possess a valid cosmetology license, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the profession.
  • Passion for Hairstyling: Have a genuine passion for hairstyling and a strong desire to make clients look and feel their best.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring you can effectively interact with clients and team members.
