Job Description:

This Respiratory Therapist position involves working with patients who require advanced respiratory care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a dedication to delivering high-quality patient care.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive plans of care for patients with complex respiratory conditions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and Apria policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and continuing education requirements.

Requirements:

  • Meet company standards for background checks
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited program for respiratory therapy required
  • Certifications: Valid and current driver's license and auto insurance per Apria policy
  • Licenses: Registration or certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Knowledge and Skills:
    • Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
    • Proficiency in electronic medical records and data management systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year related experience preferred
  • Bilingual (reading, writing, verbal)

Estimated Salary: $45,336.80 - $82,171.20 USD Per Year
