Position Overview

As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and precise shipping and receiving of products. Your contributions will directly impact our operational success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare items for receipt or dispatch from the warehouse.
  • Verify that actual products match the accompanying documentation; accurately record transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between the physical inventory and the documentation.
  • Compile and submit routine activity reports.
  • Address inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders regarding shipping and receiving information.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and operational standards set by the company and our clients.
  • Report any unsafe conditions to the designated personnel.
  • Assist with additional related tasks as required within the department.

Qualifications

You may be an ideal candidate if you possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Capability to adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Skills to read, write, and interpret information effectively.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculations.
  • Manual dexterity for handling products.
  • Physical stamina to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform various physical tasks, including crawling, squatting, climbing, twisting, bending, stooping, pushing, or pulling.
  • Visual acuity for close, distance, and color vision, along with depth perception.
  • Capacity to lift and carry items weighing less than 40 pounds.
