Responsabilidades del Puesto:

  • Analizar informes de auditoría y gestionar la documentación en el sistema correspondiente.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de las fábricas y el rendimiento de los proveedores, realizando seguimientos sobre las acciones correctivas.
  • Planificar proactivamente las actividades diarias del equipo.
  • Recopilar documentos de trazabilidad del algodón y colaborar con el área de producción.
  • Actualizar y monitorear los estándares de auditoría.
  • Actuar como enlace entre proveedores, fábricas y clientes.
  • Evaluar nuevas instalaciones para asegurar su cumplimiento.
  • Mantener la validez de los certificados FSC anualmente.
  • Realizar otras tareas asignadas por la dirección.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en cumplimiento normativo, con un fuerte sentido de responsabilidad.
  • Conocimientos en procesos de cumplimiento y evaluación de fábricas, especialmente en el sector de ropa deportiva y casual. Se prefiere experiencia en el mercado estadounidense.
  • Capacidad para entrenar a proveedores y fábricas en la redacción de acciones correctivas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto internas como externas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, ser organizado, automotivado, detallista, flexible y eficiente, con habilidades sólidas para resolver problemas y cumplir con los plazos establecidos.
