Overview:
A Radiologic Technologist I at Novant Health works independently and/or collaborates with physicians to perform diagnostic procedures. This involves preparing patients, operating x-ray equipment, and obtaining high-quality images in an ambulatory setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a safe patient environment by adhering to the principles of 'First Do No Harm'.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements:
  • Education: Associate Degree in Radiography or equivalent required; ARRT-approved program preferred.
  • Experience: One year experience in diagnostic radiology preferred; NH IDTF or Hospital Outpatient Department Certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography - RT(R) required.
  • Licensure/Certification: ARRT in Radiography - RT(R) registration required.
