Physician Assistant

Radiology Partners is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team in Beckley, WV. As a Physician Assistant in Interventional Radiology, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our radiology practice.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the performance of direct patient care services, including inpatient consults and inpatient rounding.
- Perform physical examinations, determine medical histories, diagnose and treat illnesses and/or injuries.
- Develop and implement patient management plans and record progress notes.
- Perform history and physical examinations of radiology patients.
- Field phone calls from patients, referring physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding patients to identify potential areas of concern in the medical management of the patients.
- Central lines, Tunneled Catheters, Chest Tubes, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Superficial Biopsies, Lumbar Punctures, Myelograms, Arthrograms, Abscess Drainage, Thyroid Biopsies, Fluoro.
- Current license and certificate of authority to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of West Virginia required.
- Must be a graduate of an ARC accredited PA program, have an active DEA license, BLS certification required.
- Interventional Radiology or comparable invasive procedure experience.
