Position Overview: Esthetics Clinic Classroom Learning Leader

The Esthetics Clinic Classroom Learning Leader plays a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our Future Professionals. This position involves educating, inspiring, and guiding students in both technical skills and exceptional guest service. Utilizing objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and interactive learning centers, the Learning Leader creates memorable and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct and mentor Future Professionals in esthetics techniques and client interaction.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with industry standards.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment that encourages student participation.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to promote a cohesive educational approach.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a valid cosmetology, barbering, or esthetics license.
  • Proven track record in teaching or mentoring within a cosmetology or esthetics school.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to professional integrity and a passion for the beauty industry.
  • Familiarity with Paul Mitchell Schools' educational philosophies is advantageous.
