Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound procedures at a safe and experienced level without direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ultrasound procedures on patients to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of ultrasound technology and its applications in medical imaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices in the field.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in ultrasound imaging.
  • American Heart Association CPR Certification.
  • RDMS certification.
  • RVT certification (preferred).
