Prep Cook

The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients for our menu items, adhering to strict guidelines on portioning, sizing, and presentation. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare ingredients according to recipe specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Assist with food preparation and presentation
• Meet quality control and food safety standards

We're looking for a team member who is at least 18 years old, has previous customer service or restaurant experience (a plus), can read, speak, and comprehend written instructions in English, and is physically able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time, walk, bend, and lift up to 65 pounds.
