**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our Weekend Warrior Program. As an LPN, you will be responsible for supervising shifts to ensure excellent care for our residents.

**Responsibilities**

* Supervise shifts to ensure excellent care for residents
* Collaborate with the LPN supervisor to achieve program goals
* Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

**Qualifications**

* LPN license in NC
* SNF/LTC experience
