Key Responsibilities- Deliver Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to collect and assess patient data, identify and prioritize patient needs, and evaluate the effectiveness of care.
- Coordinate Patient Teaching: Provide education to patients, families, and staff members, in conjunction with other healthcare entities, under the direction of the provider or manager.
- Administer Medications: Safely administer medications in accordance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as state requirements.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work with other healthcare entities to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Experience: 1 year of clinical patient care experience (preferred)
- Training: EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) training (preferred)
- Skills: Take and document vital signs, monitor patient conditions, document patients' medical records, administer medications/vaccinations within scope, inform medical professionals regarding patient conditions and care, and build relationships with patients and families.
