Security Guardian

We're seeking a highly skilled Security Guardian to join our team in Kissimmee, responsible for providing security services at courthouses and facilities. This role offers a competitive salary of $21.00 per hour and opportunities for growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement or military service, with experience carrying a firearm and interacting with the public. As a Security Guardian, you'll be responsible for conducting armed foot and/or vehicle patrols, controlling access and egress, and monitoring CCTV and alarm systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing security services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Conducting thorough investigations into incidents and preparing detailed reports.
• Maintaining accurate records and logging all activities and incidents.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective security coverage and respond to emergencies.

The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with licensing requirements subject to state and local laws. Additionally, they'll need to demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
