UWorld Accounting is on the lookout for a full-time accounting educator or tutor to join our team as a CPA Exam Content Developer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tutoring and industry experience, coupled with a passion for accounting, a flair for writing, and a commitment to fostering the success of others.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Degree in accounting or taxation
  • Certification: CPA certification is mandatory
  • Additional Certifications: CIA or CMA certifications are advantageous
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in tutoring CPA Exam preparation or related accounting courses
  • Minimum of 3 years in accounting or auditing (internal or external) or comparable experience in a business or academic environment
  • Expertise: Knowledge in Audit, IT Audit, Risk Management, Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, or Taxation is preferred
  • Teaching Experience: Experience in educational settings or corporate training is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project development, planning, and execution for UWorld Accounting's question banks, textbooks, and video content.
  • Create practice questions, solutions, and explanations for the CPA question bank while contributing to overall product development.
  • Utilize CPA blueprint and standardized exam practices to generate question bank items.
  • Develop, review, and update CPA course review textbooks.
  • Write scripts for accounting video lecture materials.
  • Ensure the accuracy and relevance of content produced by other CPA product team members.
  • Collaborate with fellow accounting experts to identify topics for new product development.
