Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and regulate access to the facility, ensuring entry is limited to authorized individuals.
  • Conduct thorough surveillance of the premises, identifying potential risks and reporting them promptly.
  • Respond to emergencies, assisting individuals in need and coordinating with healthcare personnel as required.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activities or behaviors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding a professional and positive representation of the organization.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
  • Assist in preventing unauthorized access and respond effectively to security incidents.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field is essential.
  • Possession of a valid unarmed security guard license is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to comprehend and apply written instructions.
  • Capability to remain composed and maintain control in high-pressure situations.
  • Physically fit and able to perform all general duties and respond to emergencies effectively.
  • Must successfully pass a background investigation and maintain a security clearance.

Work Schedule:

Regular coverage is required during specified hours throughout the week, including weekends and holidays. Additional hours may be necessary based on emergency situations or specific requests.

Physical and Uniform Requirements:

  • Must have vision correctable to 20/30 and be free from color blindness.
  • Ability to hear ordinary conversation at a distance of 15 feet without assistance.
  • Must be free of communicable diseases and able to pass a tuberculosis test.
  • Uniforms will be provided and must meet organizational standards.
