Job Details
8-week assignment. Must work 48-hour weeks. No holiday RTO - must be willing to work holidays: Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, & New Year's Day. Floating required.
Job Requirements
2 years of experience preferred. Ortho trauma and total joint experience preferred. First-time travelers accepted. AHA BLS required. All travelers must live 100 miles from the facility.
Compliance and Orientation
General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be online CBLs. Compliance documents must be completed by the deadline.
Schedule Information
Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty.

Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare future nurses for the profession.
