We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Dal-Tile, a leading manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment, including conveyor systems, pumps, motors, and electrical control systems.
  • Troubleshoot and Repair: Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect and Maintain Equipment: Conduct inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and ensure equipment reliability and safety.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with production and engineering teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies that maximize equipment uptime and productivity.
  • Document Maintenance Activities: Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance, using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Adhere to Safety Protocols: Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, technical certifications or vocational training in industrial maintenance preferred.
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to industrial maintenance.
