We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Moonlight Medical, LLC.
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with patients who require psychiatric and mental health services. As a Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based care.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management and therapy services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner
- Experience working in psychiatric and mental health settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
