Job Summary

VIP Employment Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing facility equipment, assisting the Maintenance Supervisor, and performing various maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dismantle and repair equipment to gain access to and remove defective parts.
  • Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
  • Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
  • Repair or replace defective parts to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Lubricate and clean parts to prevent wear and tear.
  • Set up and operate drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical industrial equipment to ensure smooth facility operations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, light plumbing, and welding to perform various maintenance tasks.
  • Basic understanding of blueprints and equipment identification to ensure accurate repairs.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and other team members.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a Saturday rotation every 4-5 weeks.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $35.00 per hour.
