Job Description

Collision Repair LLC 4 is seeking a skilled Automotive Collision Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our body shop, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine vehicle damages thoroughly to determine the extent of the repair
  • Return vehicles to factory specifications using a variety of techniques and tools
  • Remove vehicle trim to access the body and perform repairs
  • Fabricate and install replacement parts using power tools and welding equipment
  • Striagthen bent automobile frames using a frame rack
  • File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces to a high finish
  • Aim headlights and replace bolts on panels
  • Make cosmetic repairs to ensure a seamless finish
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-4 years body shop experience preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent problem-solving skills required

**Pay is commission-based per flag hour or per set hourly rate**
