**Job Title:** Healthcare Nutritionist

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Nutritionist to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nutritional care to residents in long-term care facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
  • Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice
