We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at AltaStaff.

Job Overview

The Administrative Outreach Coordinator plays a critical role in implementing outreach and compliance procedures for employer and child support enforcement inquiries within the state of Illinois. This position requires exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with employers, staff members, and the public.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain production quotas and accuracy rates for new hire data entry.
  • Contact employers to follow up on incomplete reports and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies to increase employer participation and compliance with state and federal New Hire Reporting requirements.
  • Perform data entry of new hire data from mail and faxed reports, ensuring accuracy and meeting production quotas.
  • Utilize internet search tools to locate employer information and compile daily statistics on errors, telephone calls, and data entry.
Requirements
  • Able to work under strict production time-frames and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to work independently and as a team member, handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent typing skills (40 WPM) and prior experience in a clerical role, data entry, or office assistance is preferred.
  • Customer service experience and professional business-to-business contact skills are also beneficial.
Benefits
  • Competitive estimated salary: $67,000 - $80,000 per year based on location (Chicago, IL 60601).
