About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to our patients in their homes. Your duties will include:

  • Initiating, developing, and implementing plans of care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Supervising and providing instruction to home health aides and licensed practical vocational nurses
  • Providing high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and infection control standards
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
