We are seeking an experienced licensed Senior Civil Engineer to drive business growth and project success for local and regional clients. The ideal candidate will lead civil design projects, manage budgets, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage civil design projects and project delivery teams from concept through completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Serve as the Engineer of Record for assigned civil engineering projects.
  • Develop and manage office and project-level budgets, including establishing and enforcing financial systems and standards.
  • Develop and execute business development initiatives to identify and capture new business opportunities and clients.
  • Manage technical execution and project management plans, including risk assessments, quality management, and change management.
  • Develop comprehensive project management plans, including schedules, budgets, communication plans, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited school (a master's degree in civil engineering is a plus).
  • 10+ years of civil engineering experience.
  • Current Professional Engineering registration in the State of Tennessee or ability to obtain registration within one year.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and professional with experience in mandatory permitting and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
