Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality experience for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a warm smile and provide personalized service to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Prepare and serve drinks with precision and speed, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with our servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including setup, stock work, and product preparation.
  • Display a professional attitude and demeanor at all times, providing excellent service and support to our guests and team members.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of serving experience or bartending experience in a full-service restaurant required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write basic English to communicate with customers, managers, and other employees.
  • Good judgment and integrity, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, bend, crouch, stoop, twist, and reach for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds above eye level and balance a food tray.
  • Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times.
