Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Executive Recruiting Consultants. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing all phases of projects related to our work in the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
  • Supervise and lead a team of subordinated supervisory personnel and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Oversee construction activities, including maintenance and construction of structures, facilities, systems, and ground work.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with plans and specifications, enforcing safety policies and practices.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing measures to optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a combination of experience and education.
  • Proven experience in construction projects within the renewable energy industry, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Bluebeam, CRM software, estimating databases, and document tracking software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
