Bell Tower Hotel Valet

The Bell Tower Hotel in downtown Ann Arbor, located on the University of Michigan's main campus, is seeking a Full-time Valet. This role involves superior customer service at all times, assisting guests with baggage, answering questions and making deliveries. The job requires securing large items in storage rooms, maintaining lobby and entryway cleanliness, shoveling snow and performing cleaning tasks as needed. You will also be responsible for making taxi reservations, delivering messages and requested items to guests and other staff, cross-training as continental breakfast attendant, front desk agent and housekeeper, and retrieving and parking cars in designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to customers
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out, baggage handling, and general assistance
• Secure and store oversized items
• Maintain lobby and entryway appearance
• Perform various cleaning duties as required
• Make travel arrangements for guests
• Deliver messages and items as needed
• Support housekeeping team with laundry, towel delivery, and other tasks
• Park vehicles safely and efficiently
