Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and address the nutritional needs of patients with neurological injuries or conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized dietary plans to support patient recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and staff on nutrition and dietary management.
  • Consult with external stakeholders to maintain high-quality care and services.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition Management (or equivalent) and state licensure.
  • Experience in managing specialized diets, including enteral nutrition, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals, and colleagues.
