  • Attend pre-service huddles to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain personal uniform cleanliness and pressed to restaurant standards.
  • Promptly address guest issues and refer to management as necessary.
  • Inform Food & Beverage Manager of needed liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies.
  • Inform Food & Beverage Manager of equipment requiring repair.
  • Check refrigeration temperature to ensure proper beverage temperature.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
  • Restock and replenish lounge inventory and supplies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college education preferred.
  • 3-5 years of working bartender experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of opening bottled wine and in pouring, mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
  • Must be 21 or older.
  • Must maintain applicable state health and/or alcohol compliance card.
Physical and Environmental Requirements

The physical activities of this position involve:

  • Balancing
  • Kneeling
  • Reaching
  • Crouching
  • Pushing
  • Stooping
  • Grasping
  • Lifting up to 40 lbs.

An individual in this position will be exposed to:

  • Inside and outside environmental conditions
  • Blood-borne pathogens (low risk)
  • Physical hazard
  • Respiratory pathogens

Must be able to cope with mental and emotional stress of this position.
