Job Details:- Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Student Age Range: PreK through 12th grade
- Caseload: Varied; specific details to be discussed during the interview
- Location: Onsite at multiple schools within the district
- Conduct evaluations to determine students' needs for occupational therapy services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for ongoing support.
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid NY state licensure or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date.
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
